Description

Located at the heart of Columbia Center Mall, Concept Apparel underwent an extensive remodel in late 2021. The TI project maximized the store’s retail space by combining the men’s and women’s shops, previously divided by a since-demolished wall, into a single, large store. The construction and relocation of a new cash wrap counter and seven fitting rooms, installation of polished concrete floors and vibrant light fixtures, and new paint throughout the store were also included in the project scope of the 5,234 sq ft retail space.
