Orangetheory Fitness, specializing in heart rate-based coach-led group fitness, finalized its second location in Tri-Cities in 2020. Elite Construction + Development provided extensive tenant improvements to the studio space at 4101 W. 27th Place in Kennewick, WA. So far, Elite has served as a multiple-location renovations partner and performed improvements for the Richland location in 2018. A third renovation is planned but the new location has not been disclosed.
