Lineage Logistics is a cold storage facility with state-of-the-art blast freezing capabilities. To say that this facility is massive is an understatement, yet the scope consisted of performing a new recover roof system. Backed and certified by one of the leading roofing manufacturers in the industry, GAF, Elite Construction + Development installed and fully adhered a GAF TPO Fleeceback Roof System. The Quonset roof design added extra challenges to our safety, installation, and adhesion, but our team performed the job flawlessly.
