Beyond TCCH’s administrative building, Elite Construction + Development has also been instrumental in extensive renovations and building improvements to other locations, including the efforts at 515 W. Court St. and 715 W. Court St. to centralize clinical functions and expand urgent care services and lab and pharmacy areas.
