Quincy Family Housing

Description

Completed in 2013, Quincy Family Housing is a new 51-unit affordable housing complex sponsored by Catholic Charities Housing Services. Compromised of a mixture of one- and two-story buildings for a total of six, the townhome-style apartments feature 20 two-bedroom and 31 three-bedroom units tallying up to 57,000+ sq ft of living space as well as a 3,500+ sq ft club house. Elite installed 40-year guaranteed roofs and performed the framing and siding for the entirety of the complex.
