Grand Opening: Richland Welcomes Newest Dutch Bros Coffee Location
NOVERMBER 14, 2022 – RICHLAND, WA
If your Mondays call for a strong, frothy Kicker® or a blended Rebel™ energy drink, then you’re in luck – Dutch Bros Coffee’s eighth location in the Tri-Cities, WA is officially open for business!
Located at the corner of Wellsian Way and Stevens Drive, the new facility proudly serves the North Richland area and features drive-thru and walk-up windows for customers to experience the up-beat, friendly and speedy service that all Broistas deliver exceptionally well.
Beyond a coffee stand, the 4,400+ sq. ft. structure, built on trust by general contractor Elite Construction + Development, also introduces commercial lease space for up to three additional businesses. All tenant lease opportunities are currently being handled by commercial real estate property management company SVN Retter & Company.
At just under 10 hours since the stand’s grand opening, Brad Barnes, franchisee owner of all Richland and Pasco, WA Dutch Bros Coffee locations along with his wife Meghan, gladly stated, “We’ve served over 3,000 drinks so far – that’s a lot.”
