What’s a day in her role like? “Fun and ever-changing!” Some days Maria spends her time in the office creating branding elements, editing images, and updating our website, while other days she’s out in the field snapping project images, hanging signage, and executing groundbreakings. Her favorite part? “The creative freedom that comes from shifting from one activity to the next!”

Just shy of a year as a team member, some of Maria’s best memories have been made enjoying Taco Tuesdays with coworkers. She also adds that her “timing was impeccable” as she started at the company right when the new Elite brand was being created and launched, so her contributions are evident from the start.
