Celebrating Elite’s Luis Miramontes’ Promotion to Estimating Department Manager

MARCH 14, 2022 – PASCO, WASHINGTON

Elite Construction + Development is pleased to announce the promotion of Luis Miramontes to Estimating Department Manager from Portfolio Manager + Estimator, effective immediately. In his new role, he will oversee the estimating and pre-construction department along with a continued focus on developing new project proposals and conceptual bids.

One of Elite’s most tenured employees of over a decade, the symbiotic relationship between Luis’ growth and the company’s success is evident. As Portfolio Manager + Estimator, he was responsible for all estimating functions required during the pre-construction phase which included value engineering, budget controls, alternative and comparative studies, constructability reviews, and target value design to ensure estimates, bids, and GMP’s were complete, accurate, and well supported. He can now parlay the breadth and depth of his experience and company knowledge into a managerial role in full support of the estimating and pre-construction team.
